Our acoustic showcases are held weekly every Tuesday but please check the Events Calender for cancellations before leaving home!
This is a great opportunity for quality unsigned artists, musicians, songwriters and bands seeking signing. The upstairs venue is intimate with a friendly atmosphere and great sound.

Moi Showcase aims to provide artists with a platform where they can showcase their abilities for signing consideration with a new independent record label and other labels searching for new talent.
Some of the showcases may be recorded to be used for promotional purposes from this site and possibly to compile an A&R demo compilation. (You retain all rights to your original works but we need permission in advance from all performers who appear).
Our team will choose the best act each week to appear on the monthly 'Moi Star Showcase' attended by our label personel and various invited members of the music industry.
Artists wishing to appear must first submit an MP3 demo or link to a website containing examples of your work for review to:
Please include: Your Name, Contact Details, a brief biog on your band plus link to your website (if available) and musical style (we don't want to pigeonhole you but it does help to have a general idea). We also require all artists / bands who are chosen to appear to agree in advance to be recorded on the night (this doesn't happen every week but we don't want to upset anyone so prior agreement is a MUST).
If you meet our high standards, you will be contacted by one of our A&R Review team who will arrange a Tuesday night showcase date.
Pre-booked artists appearing on the showcase do not pay an admittance or appearance fee. We do NOT expect the acts to bring loads of pals or pre-sell tickets but anyone who wants to come along to support you is welcome. In fact anyone who loves to hear new original artists are encouraged to join us (admission fee of £2.00 on the door). Places are limited to 50 so get there early!!

Please note: All artists must perform an unplugged acoustic version of their work or use a backing track which must be supplied on CD format. i.e., you can bring keyboard or guitar which will go through the desk. Our host and/or engineer will operate the equipment for you but please let us know in advance if you require further microphone's. Original songs please - No Covers allowed!!

Q: Do I have to use any of Moi Music Group Services to be considered for the showcase and signing possibilities?
A: NO! You do not have to be an existing client or use any of our services to submit your demo for showcase or signing consideration.
Q: Are there any benefits for Clients using your demo production services?
A: YES! Although everyone has to go through the demo review process We know our songs and demo production are GREAT so the songs will be strong enough to pass our strict criterea. All our producers know what we are looking for so the producer is allowed to bypass the demo reviewer to recommend suitable candidates directly to the A&R and Showcase Team. This can speed up the process considerably as our poor demo reviewer is regularly innundated with demos!
Q: Is there any way I can submit myself singing a Cover song?
Yes! Although we do NOT allow Cover songs to be submitted for showcase or signing consideration, we run an online competition where anyone can submit a link to their music. Every month the best singer will win a free demo recording and, if they meet our high standards will be invited to appear on one of our showcases. Visit Contact Form for further details.
Q: I would like to appear on Moi Showcase but need more performance experience, what do you suggest?
A: There are lots of free Open Mic, floorspots and jam sessions where you can practice your performance skills and test out your songs on an impartial audience.
Our host venue The Perseverance also has a weekly Open Mic night which you can pop along to: Original Perseverance Sessions every Monday. Starts at 8pm, sign up at 7.30pm.
