STEVE ROWLAND: BIOGRAPHY
Steve is the legendary producer for Jerry Lee Lewis.
He was raised in luxurious Beverly Hills. This meant that his friends included top Hollywood stars such as Tony Curtis. Film appearances included co-starring roles with Henry Fonda and Clint Eastwood
He has been racing cars with James Dean and Steve McQueen,
playing touch-football with Elvis Presley and Robert Mitchum.
Steve worked as producer for the million selling "I Lost My Heart To a Starship Trooper" with Sarah Brightman
& Hot Gossip. He discovered, demoed, and developed MEL & KIM, and signed them to Supreme Records.
In the 70's he won a Gold album and ASCAP AWARD for producing "Jerry Lee Lewis". In 1976, he was Creative Manager/A&R
for BMG/Ariola where he discovered and signed The Cure, The Thompson Twins, Boney M and Japan.
His passion is to develop new talent through his experience.
